What type of support do we provide? Here are a few examples of the types of groups which promote recovery:

• Groups such as Confidence Building, Assertiveness Training, Creative Groups, Exercise, Cook and Eat
• Health Trainer appointments
• Signposting to other appropriate services
• Summer Activities for Women and Children
• Encouragement to engage in other community activities
• Help and support for Service Users to shape and define local and national policy
